What our Salesforce apps do with your data
Org Overview 360 runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. It reads metadata and record counts through Salesforce's own APIs, with the permissions of the user who opens the screen, and displays them on a page. It does not copy, store, transmit or log any of this information outside your org.
Data we receive from the apps
None. The apps make no calls to digitalforce360 or to any third party. We do not receive your org identifier, your users' names, your record counts or any other content shown on the screen. If you install from AppExchange, Salesforce may share installation statistics with us under Salesforce's own privacy terms.
Data you send us
If you email us for support or an enquiry, we keep the email thread for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to any mailing list.
This website
The site is static and sets no cookies of its own. It uses Google Analytics to count visits; Google may set cookies for that purpose and processes the data under its own terms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
Legal basis and retention
Support correspondence is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you, and kept for up to three years after the last message. Website analytics are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Write to info@digitalforce360.com. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Changes
We update this page and the date above when the policy changes.
